Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Power tools
Credentials: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, maintaining productivity and quality of work even in demanding situations, while efficiently handling repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy throughout
- The candidates should be physically fit, able to meet the demands of a physically demanding job, including handling heavy loads and lifting weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required for certain tasks or assignments, and comfortable with tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary

- The candidates should be dependable, consistently meeting commitments and deadlines, while exhibiting strong written and oral communication skills to effectively convey information and ideas
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and initiative in identifying and addressing challenges proactively, exercising good judgment in decision-making and problem-solving situations
- The candidates should be organized and reliable, managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently, and fulfilling obligations and duties consistently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operate industrial vacuum cleaners proficiently to maintain cleanliness and appearance, and remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly, wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings as needed, and perform safety and security checks regularly to ensure the well-being of the establishment
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and fixtures, as well as supervise other workers effectively to ensure tasks are completed to the required standard, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to advertise vacancies, contact contractors for repairs and maintenance, perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting, drywall repair, watering, and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures thoroughly, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety during winter conditions
