Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Equipment: Carpet cleaning machine and Snow-blower
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be proficient in bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependability, flexible, initiative, organized, and reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, empty trash cans, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contact tradespersons for major repairs, and perform minor repairs on appliances
- The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and undertake routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and work with minimal supervision
- The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
