Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Shift, On Call
Work setting: Rural area, office building, and various locations
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
Equipment and machinery experience: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, polishing machines, power tools, security system, and snowblower
Own tools/equipment: Tools and equipment
Credentials: Forklift Operator Certification
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in all weather conditions
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks proficiently
- The candidates should be physically fit and experienced in weight handling, capable of lifting up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should be proficient in handling heavy loads and experienced in weight handling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and reliability
- The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility and good judgment while being organized
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners, removing scraps, dirt, and heavy debris, as well as perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs or contact contractors for establishment repairs and maintenance
- The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances and perform safety and security checks, while also supervising other workers
- The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision
