Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, demonstrating adaptability to varying weather conditions and outdoor work environments, and be accustomed to working in dusty environments, emphasizing the commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- The candidates should have experience working underground, showcasing familiarity with subterranean environments and safety protocols, as well as be familiar with working in confined spaces, highlighting adherence to safety regulations in restricted areas
- The candidates should be experienced in working at heights, emphasizing the necessary safety measures and comfort with elevated work environments
- The candidates should be experienced in handling heavy loads, showcasing physical strength and the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- The candidates should be capable of meeting the physical demands of the job, demonstrating stamina and endurance in performing tasks
- The candidates should possess strong manual dexterity, showcasing precise and coordinated hand movements in handling various objects

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites
