Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a degree in Business, Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Experience: Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience including business planning, project management/development, performance measurement, and developing business strategies

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience in budgets to achieve organization objectives in large organizations with diverse businesses
  • The candidates should possess knowledge of dashboard development, reporting tools, performance measurement, and performance improvement methodologies
  • The candidates should have experience in successfully implementing process and service improvement initiatives
  • The candidates should have experience in qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, business process assessment, technical solution development, and change management
  • The candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, creative thinking, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • The candidates should have the ability to prioritize, build consensus among internal/external partners, and influence without authority

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with teams to research and gather information on business processes, gaps and opportunities, industry trends, and innovations to provide strategic guidance, consulting, advice, as well as analytical and technical expertise in support of Mobility frontline services
  • The candidates should be able to lead the development, implementation, and use of performance measures, dashboards, and benchmarking for the Mobility Management Team and Mobility divisions, to increase efficiency, accountability, and transparency in service delivery
  • The candidates should be able to design, develop, implement, and manage performance management tools and able to support and provide recommendations on metrics, measurement plans, technologies, and the application of performance measurement
  • The candidates should be able to design, lead, coordinate, and report on data-based approaches, initiatives, and programs targeted at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Mobility processes and services
  • The candidates should be able to develop technical solutions, reports, and dashboards and use applications and programs to address business unit items and support data-driven analysis, strategies, recommendations, and decision-making
  • The candidates should be able to provide strategic, analytical, and technical expertise, benchmarking, and business unit-focused strategic and operational planning
