Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of work experience: Finished products and Subassemblies
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of performing repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, and be physically capable of demanding tasks
- The candidates should have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and possess hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, be comfortable with bending, crouching, kneeling, and have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be willing to work overtime when required, and able to work in noisy, dusty, and hot conditions
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to make minor adjustments and repairs to furniture, prepare, sand, and trim wooden furniture and fixture parts, and set up and operate finishing machines or finish furniture by hand
- The candidates should be able to assemble wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts to form subassemblies and complete articles, read blueprints and drawings, and stain or finish wood to specified color
- The candidates should be able to apply toners, highlights, glazes, or shaders to obtain the desired finish, reinforce assembled furniture and fixtures with dowels or other supports, and decorate wood surfaces
- The candidates should be able to inspect furniture and fixture subassemblies and finished products for conformance to quality standards, clean, polish, and wax furniture, and sand metal furniture to prepare for finish and spray with paint or other materials
- The candidates should be able to smooth gouges with wood filler and sand wood
