Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Budgetary responsibility: $0 – $100,000
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively
- The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory efficiently to meet operational needs
- The candidates should be able to monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices as necessary to optimize performance
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and analyze budgets to manage financial resources effectively
- The candidates should be able to participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the business effectively
- The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and customer service standards are met
- The candidates should be able to lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a capable and motivated team
