Salary: $15.00 to $17.34 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 6 Centennial Square Mount Pearl, NL A1N 1G5
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Supermarket or bakery department
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders, and bake mixed dough and batters
- The candidates should be able to prepare special orders, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- The candidates should be able to operate machinery, oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
