Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of specialization: Call centre
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries, gather, research, and prepare communications material, and prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, website content, and press releases
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, perform general office duties, and receive and log complaints
- The candidates should be able to receive payments, answer clients’ inquiries, and provide information
