Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches accurately to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- The candidates should be able to measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials according to specifications
- The candidates should be able to fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware with precision and attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to schedule and coordinate work on sites efficiently to ensure timely completion of projects
- The candidates should be able to estimate costs and materials accurately to maintain project budgets and timelines
