Requirements
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate will be required to perform work that is physically demanding.
- The candidate will be required to work in conditions like bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- The candidate will be required to work in conditions like standing and walking.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate must bring their own steel-toed safety boots.
- The candidate must bring their own safety glasses or goggles.
- The candidate should have the ability to be a team player.
- The candidate should have the ability to make judgments.
- The candidate should have reliability.
- The candidate should have the ability to supervise 1 to 2 people.
- The candidate should have the ability to supervise more than 2 people (3-4).
- The candidate should have Carpenter Trade License.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be required to perform the renovation.
- The candidate will be required to perform the historical restoration.
- The candidate will be required to perform construction works.
