Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Residential
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and be willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should be capable of handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials safely and efficiently to designated areas, and erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades according to specifications
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt accurately, ensuring proper placement and finishing, and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites under supervision, adhering to safety protocols
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, following blueprints and instructions, and level earth to fine grade specifications using appropriate tools and equipment
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings safely and efficiently, following established procedures, and perform routine maintenance work on tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure their proper functioning
- The candidates should be able to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on construction sites, following safety procedures and regulations, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, monitoring their operation and making adjustments as necessary
