Salary: $16.55 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: 90 Bloor Street West Oshawa, ON L1J 1P4
Shifts: Day
Transportation information: Own vehicle, Vehicle supplied by employer, Willing to travel, and Valid driver’s licence
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Industrial, commercial, and institutional, and Residential
Credentials: Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification, Boom Truck Crane Operator Trade Certification, Personal protective equipment (PPE) training, Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course, and Working at heights training
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently and effectively, and be capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and delivering results
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks as part of the job requirements, skilled at working with tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks accordingly, and possess manual dexterity for performing tasks with precision and accuracy
- The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks efficiently, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of their work, and be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed for the job duties
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability, consistently fulfilling their duties and commitments, and possess efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with colleagues and clients
- The candidates should be reliable, completing tasks accurately and on time
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
