Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Red Seal certification or third/fourth year apprenticeship
Experience: Candidates should have couple years of experience in an industrial or wood products manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of lifting heavy equipment and parts, demonstrating a high level of physical strength and stamina
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in various positions, including kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods, to perform maintenance and repairs
- The candidates should possess adept manual dexterity and coordination, handling and manipulating tools and machinery with precision
- The candidates should be comfortable working in challenging environmental conditions, such as confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and exposure to dust and noise
- The candidates should be physically fit and able to climb ladders or access elevated areas for equipment inspections and repairs as needed
