Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions, cold or refrigerated environments, and handle wet or damp working conditions
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and manage physically demanding tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility in their work
- The candidates should be able to show reliability in completing tasks
- The candidates should be able to work well as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate food safety/handling skills
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
- The candidates should be able to measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
- The candidates should be able to manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
- The candidates should be able to feed and unload processing machines
- The candidates should be able to check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas
