Kosoo Restaurant Ltd. based in Vancouver, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Chef. Kosoo Restaurant Ltd. is known to introduce Seoul food to Vancouver. We are mainly known for our chicken dishes and fried chicken. Our restaurant can be termed as a must to go place for trend and modern Korean dining. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This job position is approved by LMIA.

Salary: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 2-3 years
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory also supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
- The candidate should be able to prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets also estimate food requirements and food and labor costs
- The candidate should be able to plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants also plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- The candidate should be able to recruit and hire staff also train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
