Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Purchasing, procurement and contracts
Specialization/experience (business sales and services): Buying, Merchandise needs analysis, Market analysis, Product selection, Negotiation, Distribution, Pricing, and Product development
Computer and technology knowledge: Database software, Spreadsheet, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD), Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and IBM SPSS
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone, and Computer
Security and safety: Valid passport, Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should be able to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking effectively

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain contact with suppliers, negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers, and select and purchase merchandise for resale
- The candidates should be able to maintain adequate stock levels, review the requirements of the establishment, and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase
- The candidates should be able to prepare budget and cost estimates, organize and maintain inventory
