Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to adhere to a non-smoking policy
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and shop for food and household supplies
- The candidates should be able to wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, care for pets, bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and discipline them according to the methods requested by the parents
- The candidates should be able to instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, keep records of daily activities and health information, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to organize activities, prepare and serve nutritious meals, supervise and care for children, take them to and from school and appointments, tend to their emotional well-being, and help them with homework
