Work setting: Employer’s home, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment
Target audience: Supervise and care for multi-aged group of children
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to work in non-smoking area and in scent free area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, organized, initiative, flexible, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, bathe, dress and feed infants and children
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals, prepare infants and children for rest periods, supervise and care for children
