Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

• The candidates should display flexibility, adapting readily to changing client requirements and project demands, and show initiative in identifying opportunities to improve client experiences and streamline processes
• The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem-solving situations, be organized, managing client interactions and tasks efficiently, and be reliable, consistently fulfilling their responsibilities and commitments to clients and team members
• The candidates should be team players, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, travel with the family on trips, and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
• The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
• The candidates should be able to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, and organize activities such as games and outings for children
• The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals, prepare infants and children for rest periods, and supervise and care for children
• The candidates should be able to take children to and from school and to appointments, tend to the emotional well-being of children, and help children with homework
