Work setting: Employer’s home, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis, Work in employer’s/client’s home
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dedicated to client focus, equipped with efficient interpersonal skills, and possess excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to work, exhibit initiative in their tasks and responsibilities, and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be highly organized in their work and recognized for their reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, and keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, prepare and serve nutritious meals, sterilize bottles, prepare formulas, and change diapers for infants, supervise and care for children, and tend to the emotional well-being of children
