Salary: $17.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Work setting: Employer’s home and Work in employer’s/client’s home
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should show initiative in taking proactive steps and demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks
- The candidates should be organized in their approach to tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting commitments and deadlines
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, perform light housekeeping, and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to travel with the family on trips, assist with child supervision, and handle housekeeping duties
- The candidates should be able to care for pets, discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- The candidates should be able to instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children, prepare and serve nutritious meals
- The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children, tend to the emotional well-being of children
- The candidates should be able to help children with homework
