Salary: $15.75 to $17.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Employer’s home and Urban area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrate excellent oral communication, and exhibit flexibility
- The candidates should show initiative, display good judgment, and be organized
- The candidates should be reliable, have strong time management skills, and demonstrate patience and honesty
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens
- The candidates should be able to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and supervise and care for children
- The candidates should be able to take children to and from school and to appointments, help children with homework, and cook
