Salary: $18.00 to $18.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 3 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time leading to full time
Location: Miramichi, NB
Shifts: Day, Flexible Hours, To be determined
Transportation information: Own transportation, own vehicle, willing to travel regularly, and valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, apartment/condominium complex, urban area, office building, rural area, cleaning service company, various locations, industrial facility or establishment, commercial building, private residence, recreational facility/institution, hospital/medical facility or clinic, and shopping centre or mall

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Uniform
Security and safety: Bondable, criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and handling heavy loads
• The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and have attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as stand for extended periods

• The candidates should have a focus on clients and demonstrate dependability
• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and have excellent oral communication
• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and show initiative

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as dust furniture
• The candidates should be able to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and make beds and change sheets
• The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers
• The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings
