Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, office building, industrial facility or establishment, commercial building, recreational facility/institution, and hospital/medical facility or clinic
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be ready for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess attention to detail and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be willing to bend, crouch, and kneel as part of their duties, and they should be able to handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

- The candidates should demonstrate dependability, showing initiative in their tasks
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting commitments and be team players

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
