Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be capable of working independently, thriving in fast-paced environments requiring quick decision-making without constant supervision
- The candidates should possess the strength, endurance, and physical fitness required for handling heavy loads and meeting the demands of physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of their work while being comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual, consistently arriving on time for work commitments, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing schedules or tasks
- The candidates should maintain an organized approach to their work responsibilities while being reliable, fulfilling their duties consistently and dependably

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, including vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect elevators and pick up debris while emptying trash containers
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
