Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent employment
Location: 2620 Lancaster Road, Ottawa, ON, K1B 4Z4
Shifts: Day and Flexible Hours
Security and safety: Bond required, criminal record should checked, driver’s validity licence should checked and driving record should checked (abstract)
Transportation/travel information: Vehicle supplied by employer, own transportation required, own vehicle required and valid driver’s licence required

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, pay attention to detail and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
• The candidate should be a combination of sitting, standing, walking and also have hand-eye co-ordination

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and also in a flexible environment
• The candidate should be dependable, reliable and also a team player
• The candidate should have an excellent oral communication and also values and ethics

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers and also wash windows, walls and ceilings
• The candidate should be able to make beds and change sheets
• The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
