Salary: $17.00 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 20 to 40 hours bi-weekly

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation, own vehicle, willing to travel, willing to travel regularly, valid driver’s license, travel expenses paid by employer
Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, office building, various locations, industrial facility or establishment, commercial building, private residence
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Bondable, criminal record check, driver’s validity license check, driving record check (abstract), confidential security clearance, reference require
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment and be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and experienced in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of their job responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods during work and be comfortable with activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors and dust furniture
- The candidates should be able to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect elevators, and provide basic information on facilities
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to clean changing rooms and showers and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
