Salary: $19.00 to $24.00 hourly (to be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time – On the road job
Location: Golden, BC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Willing to travel, Valid driver’s license, Public transportation is not available, Own transportation, Travel expenses paid by the employer, Own vehicle
Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, Cleaning service company, Private residence
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive taskers
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be punctual, client focus, dependable, initiative, flexible, and reliable
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to make beds and change sheets, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- The candidates should be able to pick up debris and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens
