Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a University or College Diploma
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess bilingualism (English and French) to serve clients in the community with English-speaking
- The candidates should preferably have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), complete the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) course within 6 months of the hire date
- The candidates should have advanced knowledge of the business, operations, and regulatory environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to respond to client and Financial Planner (FP) inquiries by providing options and solutions in a timely manner, while adhering to established policies and processes
- The candidates should be able to conduct transactions and activities that require expert knowledge across a broad range of products, processes, or systems, including those that may be considered moderate to high risk
- The candidates should be able to assist in the timely and accurate completion of new account openings, account and cash transfers, iForms, and other administrative documents and transactional requests for planners and clients, while offering guidance
- The candidates should be able to provide sales support to Financial Planners by identifying net asset growth and revenue opportunities and contacting prospective clients
- The candidates should be able to gather and analyze data to identify and resolve complex problems, escalating issues
- The candidates should be able to build a positive experience at every interaction and consistently seek ways to improve both sales and service delivery
- The candidates should be able to participate fully as a contributing member of the team and support a positive, service-oriented work environment
