Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning
Work setting: Clothing store
Textile products for inspection, grading or sampling: Fabric, Textile products
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be a repetitive taskers
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye coordination and distinguish between colours
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
- The candidate should have values and ethic
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to examine fabric or products for conformity to quality standards
- The candidates should be able to grade products
- The candidates should be able to sort products by style, colour, size, length or other criteria
