Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables, compute dimensions and tolerances, and measure and lay out workpieces
- The candidates should be able to set up and adjust production machinery/tools, fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, and verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
- The candidates should be able to set up, operate, and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
