Roma Paving Services Inc works with asphalt, concrete, interlock and stone for residential, commercial & industrial paving and hardscape projects including driveways, parking lots, walkways, retaining walls, patios, water features and more. We hire a foreign worker to fill labour or skills shortages on a temporary basis. The candidate has to work in Day shifts. This position of Concrete Paving Labourer is approved by LMIA.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 7 months to 1 year
Construction Specialization: Sidewalks and curbs, Roads and bridges, Driveways
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Safety vest, Gloves
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be physically demanding

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
- The candidate should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidate should be able to load, unload and transport construction materials
- The candidate should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidate should be able to assist heavy equipment operators
- The candidate should be able to pave and rake asphalt
