Salary: $29.50 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be capable of meeting the physical demands of the job, including tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling as required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
- The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to be capable of moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies and performing other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision
