Requirements:

Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, ensuring efficient material handling
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades with precision and safety
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials, showcasing skills in construction processes
- The candidates should be able to assist heavy equipment operators, contributing to the smooth operation of construction machinery
- The candidates should be able to assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, demonstrating proficiency in specialized tasks
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, showcasing a broad range of construction skills
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accuracy in construction grading
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt, contributing to the completion of road construction projects
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a organized and safe work environment
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring cleanliness and safety
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, contributing to the efficient operation of construction equipment
- The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed
