Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable and demonstrate strong teamwork skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials efficiently, optimizing workflow and resources
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades with precision, adhering to safety standards
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials accurately, maintaining quality control throughout the process
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs according to specifications, ensuring structural integrity
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications using appropriate techniques, achieving precise results
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt to ensure smooth surfaces, enhancing durability and aesthetics
- The candidates should be able to clean, sort, and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal, promoting environmental responsibility
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to maintain cleanliness and safety, adhering to regulatory requirements
- The candidates should be able to tend to and feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure proper operation, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency
