Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be capable of working at heights if required
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy and dusty environments, as well as in cold or refrigerated conditions
- The candidates should also be able to work in hot environments
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work and demonstrate dependability in fulfilling their responsibilities
- The candidates should show flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and be reliable in consistently meeting expectations
- The candidates should be effective team players, collaborating well with colleagues
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, clean and lubricate cranes, and assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, assist the medical examiner in charge, and help in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine-grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and direct traffic at or near construction sites
