Salary: $22.00 to $26.50 hourly (to be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 486 Adams Road, Kelowna, BC V1X 7S1
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically demanding
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, mix, pour and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist heavy equipment operators level earth to fine grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt, assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, direct traffic at or near construction sites
