Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be familiar with repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit to manage tasks that are physically demanding
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required
- The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should have the physical capability for weight handling, with a maximum weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be capable of working at heights
- The candidates should be accustomed to dusty conditions
- The candidates should be comfortable in noisy work environments
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, as well as mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, assist in demolishing buildings, and clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and perform routine maintenance work
