P.T.C. JAGRAON LTD. based in Winnipeg, MB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Construction helper. P.T.C. JAGRAON LTD. provides Construction, Maintenance and Engineering support to the Paterson Global Foods family of companies. We service and support all PGF activities across Western Canada and around the globe. In addition, PTC is a fully integrated design-builder, having successfully completed the design and construction of several inland grain terminals across the Canadian Prairies. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $24.00 hourly 35 to 44 hours per week

Location: Winnipeg, MB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites
