Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional and Residential
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in working outdoors
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in dusty environments
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be skilled in performing repetitive tasks and capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should possess physical fitness for demanding tasks and have manual dexterity for intricate tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should have excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work
