Black & White Construction Inc. based in Windsor, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Construction labourer. Black & White Construction Inc. is a SME building contractor, whose staff are extensively experienced in residential, retail, commercial, industrial, student accommodation, custodial and office space construction projects. We have now entered a new phase of growth with an ambitious drive into three distinct construction markets, which when combined offer a fully comprehensive, multidisciplinary service, drawing upon over 50 combined years of national main contracting experience. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Job Type: On the road job (Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee)
Location: Windsor Essex region, Windsor, ON, N8W 4Z1
Work Setting: Various locations
Work site environment: Candidates should work in outdoors, at heights, dangerous, dusty and cold or refrigerated place
Security and safety: Bond required
Own tools/equipment: Candidates should have steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses or goggles and gloves
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Spanish Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks and also handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be physically strong
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment
- The candidate should be a team player and also reliable
- The candidate should have constructional specialization on residential
