Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Construction specialization: Residential
Equipment and machinery experience: Nail guns, Drills
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be able to work at heights if required
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty conditions, ensuring safety measures are followed
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should bee capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, be willing to work overtime when required, and manage weights of up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks
- They should also be reliable in fulfilling their duties and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, transport, mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete, asphalt, and framing materials
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, building roofs, and cleaning and piling salvaged materials
- The candidates should be capable of removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
