Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Construction specialization: Driveways, Industrial, Commercial and institutional, Residential, Sidewalks, and Curbs
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be physically capable of meeting demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines and possess manual dexterity
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks and be capable of handling heavy loads, including weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, exhibit reliability, and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, as well as assist in erecting and dismantling various structures
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, in addition to assisting the medical examiner in charge
- The candidates should be able to assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, while also leveling earth to fine-grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt, as well as assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning and piling salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, as well as tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
- The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites
