Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Brush painting, Patterned rollers, and Roller painting

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to prepare, clean, and sand surfaces, as well as repair cracks and holes before painting
• The candidates should be able to mix paint to achieve the desired color and texture, while also measuring, cutting, and applying wallpaper and other fabric to walls
• The candidates should be able to advise consumers on colors and the selection of wall coverings, as well as estimate costs and materials required for the job
• The candidates should be able to erect scaffolding, swing stages, and attach rigging for various painting and finishing tasks
• The candidates should be able to apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to both interior and exterior surfaces
