Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of specialization: Driveways, industrial, commercial, and institutional, residential, sidewalks, and curbs
Equipment and machinery experience: Bobcats, carriage grease machine, moles, curbing machine, concrete vibrators, screeds, power-driven floats, bushing guns, reciprocating saws, circular saws, concrete saws, mortar and concrete mixers, pumpcretes, beltcretes, grinding machine, grouting machine, chippers, jackhammers, air compressors, nail guns, drills, augers, trampers (Jumping Jack), torches, small front end loaders, chain saw, compactor, forklift, sandblasters, and sledgehammer

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- The candidates should be experienced at heights, following safety measures
- The candidates should be familiar with dusty environments, implementing safety precautions
- The candidates should handle tasks efficiently in noisy conditions, maintaining focus
- The candidates should be capable of working in hot conditions with composure and efficiency
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and capable of handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks requiring manual dexterity and prepared for overtime as required, working effectively under pressure
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and hand-eye coordination in their work and have sound discrimination skills, being comfortable with sitting for extended periods
- The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 45 kg (100 lbs) as part of job requirements and able to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs) as necessary for the role

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials, assist heavy equipment operators, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, direct traffic at or near construction sites, and read and interpret blueprints
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work, instruct apprentices, clean and lubricate cranes, and perform pre-operational inspection and calculate crane capacities and weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
