Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment and be able to meet tight deadlines effectively
- The candidates should be equipped with manual dexterity skills, capable of handling heavy loads, and proficient in hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and be capable of lifting weights within this range
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights, adaptable to noisy work settings, and able to work in dusty conditions

- The candidates should be focused on client satisfaction and be dependable individuals
- The candidates should be flexible in adapting to changing circumstances, reliable in their work commitments, and hardworking individuals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, mix, pour, and spread materials, and assist heavy equipment operators
- The candidates should be able to assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine-grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and read and interpret blueprints
