Salary: $28.50 hourly for 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Tools, steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and uniform
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be able to work at heights if necessary
- The candidates should be tolerant of noisy working conditions and be able to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks, possess manual dexterity for intricate tasks, and be able to handle heavy loads as required
- The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination and be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration among colleagues, and be hardworking and dedicated in their role
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, read blueprints to determine work requirements, and erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
