MP Paradise Pools & Spa Inc based in St. Catharines, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Construction worker. MP Paradise Pools & Spa Inc founded in 1992, is family owned and operated as well as Niagara Regions largest pool retailers. We are a strong community member supporting different organizations, raising money for them, providing low cost pools to families, sponsoring many local children’s sports teams, as well as donating prizes to local charity events. Our mission is to bring family’s and friends together so they may enjoy the summer season carefree while making memories. We hire foreign workers to fill labour or skill shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This position of Construction worker is approved by LMIA.

Salary: $20.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Location: St. Catharines, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night and Morning
Work site environment: Candidates should work in noisy, odours, cold/refrigerated and wet/damp place

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have specialization on construction like residential, sidewalks and curbs and water mains

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to load, unload and transport construction materials, mix, pour and spread materials, assist heavy equipment operators and also tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • The candidate should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, level earth to fine grade specifications and also remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
