Salary: $28.39 hourly for 40 hours per week

Location: Porcupine, ON
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and demonstrate manual dexterity for precise tasks
  • The candidates should exhibit attention to detail in their work and possess hand-eye coordination
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and capable of performing tasks requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should strive for accuracy in their work and demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
  • The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities, possessing strong time management skills
  • The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to fill out product inspection reports and monitor product quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards
  • The candidates should be able to operate machinery to process rubber materials and inspect finished products for defects, making necessary adjustments or repairs
  • The candidates should be able to train or assist in training other workers, troubleshoot faults, and re-route defective products for repair or recycle
  • The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment
